As the third piece in the \u2018Copyrights Series\u2019 by Chung Da Soul,&nbsp;<em>Quotation Dance<\/em>&nbsp;raises further questions about the authorship, ownership, and copyrights of dance and choreography. On stage, she cites passages from other artists\u2019 works while constantly revealing their source. Her choreographic interests lay on the things that do not dance in choreography and the potential of choreography as social and political apparatus. Her works investigate the ontology of choreography and addresses the question about systems and methods of possessing dance and choreography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She studied dance at Ewha Womans University in Seoul as well as at Folkwang University of Arts in Essen, Germany. In 2018 she received her Masters in Arts from the Performance Studies at University Hamburg.
